Music Industry Mentorship Program

A step-by-step process to release your music and level up your music business.

What is Level Up Club and How Can it Help You

Level Up Club is a 12-month online mentoring program for songwriters and early-stage artists that helps you take control of your music career and confidently release your music to the world.

If you’ve written great songs that people respond to – maybe you’ve even released music before – but it feels like no one heard it, you’re not alone. You know you need to level up the way you share your music, but you’re not sure where to start or how to do it sustainably.

The music industry can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re doing it on your own. Hiring a PR agent or paying someone to run your marketing early on isn’t realistic or sustainable for most artists. The smartest investment you can make is to educate yourself — to learn how to release music in a way that actually reaches listeners and builds momentum over time.

Inside Level Up Club, you’ll:

  • Turn your finished songs into real releases that reach listeners

  • Learn how the music industry works — from branding and marketing to release strategy and audience growth

  • Build a supportive community of peers who understand both the creative and logistical challenges

  • Work closely with mentors and industry experts who guide you through each step, help you avoid common pitfalls, and accelerate your release journey

By the end of the program, you’ll have released your music, built an audience, and created a repeatable plan you can use to continue growing your career with clarity and confidence.

When I decided that I wanted to be an artist, I had no clue where to even start. It was IHSC that helped guide me in the right direction, giving me all of the tools that I needed to start my career. The mentors at Level Up Club are so knowledgeable and their wisdom gave me the foundations I needed to find the success that I have gained already in music. I have just released my second fully independent album. No matter where you are in your career – years of experience or just starting out – Level Up Club is such a kind and welcoming community that I recommend for any musician.

Level Up Club was integral in my debut album release strategy, helping me to establish a solid plan to work with over the course of a year. Francesca and the other amazing mentors have helped me to grow as an artist and feel confident in the direction of my career. It makes me excited to think other artists will get to experience all the great things that Level Up Club has to offer!

Level Up Club has helped me to find my voice and get clear on who I am as an artist. I have been encouraged to become more of myself, and embrace all that I do as an artist, as opposed to pigeonholing what I do, and limiting myself.

Kwun Pang, Glastonbury, UK

I have received so much clarity through the Level Up Club about the flow and strategy of releasing music as an independent artist. It’s such a great source of knowledge and support, and I am consistently inspired and pushed by the mentors and my fellow members!
