You’ve written songs you believe in. Now what?
Many artists hit the same wall. It’s not a lack of talent or ideas. It’s knowing how to talk about their music in a way that gets it heard, and how to afford the support that makes the difference. This two-part workshop series tackles both.
You’ll walk away with:
- A ready-to-use pitch for your song
- Content ideas drawn from your song’s story
- Funding opportunities matched to your goals
- Practical tips for writing a stronger grant application
- A taste of what 12 months of guidance could unlock
Workshop 1 (Mon 9 Nov): From Song to Strategy: Unlock the Marketing Potential in Your Song
Every song has a story, and knowing how to tell it is the key to pitching your music to playlists, press and radio, and to sharing it on socials without feeling awkward. Bring one song, and we’ll help you uncover its story and shape it into a pitch you can use straight away. This session runs just like a Level Up Club session, with live feedback and peer collaboration.
What to bring – One song you’d love to share with the world – ideally one that’s unreleased. Have the lyrics handy, plus a demo or recording if you have one (optional). Come ready to share a little about why you wrote it.
Workshop 2 (Tues 10 Nov): Fund Your Music: Find the Grants That Support Your Next Step
Grants can open doors to mentoring, and other career development opportunities, but knowing where to start can feel overwhelming. Building on the storytelling skills from Workshop 1, we’ll show you how to find funding that matches your goals, explain your project with confidence, and build a strong case for funding your music plans in 2027.
Both workshops also share how Level Up Club, our 12-month mentorship program starting April 2027, can be your next step, and how you might fund it.
