Collecting personal information The personal information you provide to us is collected to enable us to provide our services, to enhance your use of the Site and the Platform, to improve the Site and the Platform, and to keep you informed of our products and services that might be relevant to you. Your Content We may also access information, data, text, photographs, videos, audio clips, written posts, comments and creative and literary works which you submit on or through the Platform (Content) which may include personal information. Your Content may be published on the Platform and other members may also have access to your Content as a requirement for us to provide our services. We use best efforts to ensure that only members assigned to your group, along with our administration and technical support officers, have access to your Content. You acknowledge that as a member of our community your Content may remain on our Platform even if any paid subscription expires. This is required to enable us to provide our services and to facilitate ongoing communication and feedback within your group.
Cookies When you visit the Site or Platform we may attach a “cookie” to your computer’s memory. This “cookie” is a small text file which assists us to store session information when you are logged into the Site or Platform and to facilitate seamless access between our different services. If you choose to do so, you should be able to configure your computer so that it disables “cookies” or does not accept them, however, this may impact the functionality of the Site or Platform.
